12 Reasons Fall is Better Than Summer

In my last post, I wrote about how excited I am for fall to return. Here is my list of why autumn has summer beat hands down:   Cooler weather. No more sweating just because I walked outside. The first day of autumn is just around the corner. I am so excited!  I love this season more as an adult that I ever did as a child. It was probably the back-to-school thing that I didn’t appreciate. Think Before You Speak, a Lesson on Getting Along

Sometimes you need a reminder to think before you speak. I have worked in elementary school classrooms for many years.  I have a version of this poster in my classroom and have seen it in many others. Young children often have to be reminded not to blurt out. Sometimes they need to be taught better manners when it comes to pointing out honest observations. Collecting Kindness is Good for Us All
